Below you can find the list of 17 different professions and their respective special regulations. Services providers who run their business with authorisation based on any of these special regulations are entitled to use PSCs for setting up their business:

5. Authorised Geodesists and Cartographers

Act of the National Council of the Slovak Republic No. 216/1995 Coll. on the Chamber of Geodesist and Cartographers as amended.

 

6. Civil Aviation

Act No. 143/1998 Coll. on Civil Aviation (Aviation Act) and on amendment of certain acts as amended.

 

7. Energy

Act No. 656/2004 Coll. on the Energy Sector and amendments and supplements of some acts as amended.

 

8. Experts, Interpreters and Translators

Act No. 382/2004 Coll. on Experts, Interpreters and Translators and on amendments and supplements to certain acts as amended.

 

9. Geological works

Act No. 569/2007 Coll. on Geological Works (Geological Act) as amended.

 

10. Heat Energy

11. Mediators

12. Mining Activity
